Tiganites are a tasty Greek breakfast. They’re kind of like pancakes but thinner and crisper. These treats go way back to ancient Greece.
They were usually served with honey and nuts, making them a sweet delight. You can enjoy them sweet with honey, walnuts, or cinnamon, or go savory with cheese or yogurt.
Making tiganites is simple. They’re perfect for a relaxing weekend morning. The crispy edges and warm honey drizzled on top with crunchy walnuts create a yummy flavor that highlights Greek food.
